Steve is committed to creating a successful future for the business and is devoted to establishing longterm partnerships with clients.

Sam's construction industry experience in sales and management brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. His passion for business operations and dedication to quality work drive the company towards new levels of success. Sam's strong leadership and commitment to the Spriggs team have played a crucial role in establishing the framework for an all-star team. His leadership, combined with his vast industry experience positions Spriggs for continued success in the construction industry.

Director of Operations

Karissa's extensive experience in the construction industry reflects a deep understanding of construction operations. One of Karissa's strengths is her belief in the importance of a solid, empowered, and passionate team for achieving success. Her support for the team in long-term goals contributes not only to day-to-day operations but also to the broader vision and direction of Spriggs.

 Vice President of Preconstruction

Michael is instrumental in our success and an integral part of day-to-day operations. Drawing from decades of experience, applying both field know-how and construction management knowledge, Michael has successfully completed multi-million-dollar private and public construction projects with first-hand knowledge to align strategic plans and ensure a successful outcome for all. 

Director of Project Management

Toby's tenure of a decade with the Spriggs team speaks volumes about his dedication and contribution to the company. His extensive experience in all facets of dirt, including work on electrical substations, wind farms, and solar arrays, underscores his expertise in the field.  His in-depth knowledge of field operations is invaluable in ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently and effectively. Toby's leadership qualities play a crucial role in keeping the team focused and motivated.

 Fleet Director

Lake has over 12 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry and is instrumental in our day-to-day operations. He plays a key role in tracking and ensuring the Spriggs fleet is in proper operation. Lake’s knowledge and expertise in heavy equipment literally keeps the Spriggs team rolling towards success. 

Safety  & Training Manager

Aaron joined our team in 2020 as a Superintendent. In 2023 he transitioned to our Training & Safety Manager. Aaron's experience and perspective keep safety at the forefront of our minds, helping  us live our core values. 

Director of Transportation

Troy brings 12 years of experience working for a multi-state beverage distribution company. Specializing in routing, scheduling, and DOT/CDL compliance, Troy's unique skill set of working with a remote team fits right in with Spriggs Excavation and our complex mobilization needs.

Estimator & Project Manager

Erick has been part of the Spriggs team since 2013. He has completed a multitude of different types of projects including electrical substations, RCC and earthen dams, sewer treatment plants, highways, and residential subdivisions. He is one of our most diverse Estimators and Project Managers.

Project Manager

Connor started as a summer laborer and has built a long and successful career with Spriggs.  With a good attitude and strong work ethic, he developed skills as a heavy equipment operator, leader, and project manager.  His knowledge of equipment and earth-moving techniques makes him a valued asset to our team.

Project Manager

Jonny has over 15 years of experience in civil construction including: electrical substations, wind farms, and solar arrays. His knowledge in all facets of civil construction, problem-solving, and leadership skills play an important role in our team's success. 

Estimator

Kyle is an integral part of our team, equipped with a Master's in Soil Science and extensive field experience in oil field and environmental. His understanding of soil dynamics and geotechnical principles prove instrumental in project success; his adeptness in 3D modeling further enriches our process.  Kyle’s unwavering commitment to delivering excellence helps propel Spriggs towards our goals. 

Estimator

With over a decade of experience in solar energy project management and installations, and a degree in Renewable Energy Technologies, Chad brings a wealth of knowledge to our pursuit of renewable energy projects within the civil sector. His experience contributes to our civil-based renewable energy initiatives, facilitating infrastructure development.

Estimator

Chris Maurer graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology from New Mexico State University. He has 12 years of experience in construction Project Management, mainly focused on heavy civil construction. His experience and knowledge bring fresh ideas to our Estimating Department and contribute to our success.
